Where can I find my Rons Place Software Application License Key?

1. In an Email Message

When a professional license is purchased on our website, a license key is sent by email with the advice to keep the key preciously, as stated below:

The license key included below and the install file downloaded from Rons Place Software constitute the item that you have purchased, so please store both the install file and the license key in a safe place.

The Email was sent by support@ronsplace.eu and has "Licenses for (Application Name)" as subject.

The order was originally placed on our Website either by you or a reseller. In both cases, the email address used for sending the license key was chosen by the purchaser. Therefore, to locate the email containing your license key, start by identifying the person who placed the order.

2. In the Application

Rons Place Software licenses are issued per user, meaning a single license can be installed on up to five computers. As a result, you may need to apply the same key across multiple devices.

If you cannot locate the email containing your key, another option is to copy it from an application where it has already been entered and paste it into another one.

To copy your license key:

  • Navigate to Application > Licenses in the top ribbon menu.
  • Select "Professional License" in the license area to display your key.

What If I Can't Find My License Key?

If you are unable to locate your original license email and cannot find the key within any application, simply reach out to us via our Contact Form. We will do our best to track your order and resend the license key(s).
To ensure a smooth verification process, please provide as much information as possible regarding your original purchase so that we can confirm the licensee.
